Is this lightweight? Normally, I am 6.5, what size should i go?

These are the only shoes my daughters will wear for volleyball. They are lightweight, even with the mid-height ankle. My daughters typically wear 11.5/12 women’s shoes. We ordered the 12 first and they were too big to we got the 11.5s and they were perfect. In Nike they wear 12 but Adidas seems to run bigger for us so we sized down half a size.

how do i know if i’m buying a men’s or women’s size, because the description says it’s a women’s shoe but the title says men’s shoe?
