I have been using this for close to three months now and I'm very impressed. It's a very basic combination of magnesium, L-theanine and Ashawaganda. That's it, nothing unnecessary you don't need or any secret junk. All of Dr Amen's supplements are that way. I've done the math and to buy all three ingredients from a quality manufacturer that can be trusted costs a lot more than to buy this. It can also be taken during the day as a means to help with panic as it kicks in fast. I've used it for that a few times and it definitely helps.

Excellent product
I’ve been taking the Braimend supplement for several weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have any unpleasant aftertaste. Since starting the supplement, I’ve noticed improved focus and mental clarity throughout the day. It feels like my energy and concentration levels are more consistent, especially during long work sessions.

Great brain calming support
This a brain calming must have for anyone who needs a brain reset.. it has great quality ingredients in it and it delivers everytime. Cuts down the brain frenzied/frazzled feeling for me..its relaxing but not put you to sleep behind the wheel of a car relaxing. You still have your wits about you if you know what I mean.. another great quality supplement from Brainmd and Dr Daniel Amen.. thankyou!!!!☺️

Wonderful product!!!
My husband has been using Calm My Brain for several months now.He has had a very bad time getting to sleep and this product has helped him calm his mind at night to get a very good night's sleep. We highly recommend this product!

Great product
Powerful stuff. I don’t know about others but from the very 1st day I tried these I felt different. It totally help me with my stressful feeling I have every day. I don’t know how it works but it does.
