Finalmente lo hice, me controla la aciedad por comer, eso conlleva a tener control a la comida. y no comer de mas mas que lo necesario se revierte el metabolisnmo. y por lo tal hay motivacion el cual da energia para continuar. Love it! Great pre- work for HIIT, weight lifting, runs. I also use it if I need energy later in the day. I'm a busy mom of 4. This helps curb my appetite from eating crappy carbs too because I'm tired. I've given samples of this to a few family and friends to try. They love it too and also buy it now. This is one of the healthiest natural energy drinks. Craves my appetite. Gives me energy all day . Theirs no caffeine so I'm not gittery. Absolutely love this drink ! I faithfully drink every morning to start my day !

DISGUSTING
I hate the taste! It tastes so bad and I do not recommend. The PINK is the only one I can drink, the Brown & Blue have the worst taste and I will not buy again. I also do not get any type of energy boost from any of these!
