Small, but works great!
This works wonderful but is so small. Yes, I knew the measurement of it and bought it anyway because itโs how it works that I wanted. It would be nice if they had an option for a larger one like they had in the โold daysโ. With that said, it is light weight, easy to use and to clean. It isnโt loud so I can use it anytime and I do recommend it.

Simple, well made, and very effective
I wanted something that I could keep in the corner that would always be ready to quickly sweep up some grit or crumbs from the floor. My Fuller does this with excellence. Its always there; quick, quiet, and easy. Its build quality is astonishingly good for a modern product, one of the few things that seem to still be made as good as it always has. Its metal but not heavy, but its also not going to get brittle and crack. The paint is beautifully done, showing excellent attention to detail in the manufacturing process. It honestly sweeps up my floor better than my vacuum cleaner, and without any need to fiddle with cords. I am very happy with it and I think that you would be too

I Actually Use It DAILY! It Works Great!
โจ๏ธ5 starts for ease of use!! โจ๏ธ4 stars for price (too high), but YES I would buy again and highly recommend! โจ๏ธ BUY THIS THING because you will use it regularly! I buy vacuums and mops thinking I'll have clean floors, but if it seems like a large task/feel overwhelmed, I tend to put it off. Not with this thing! It's so fast I use it at least once a day, and that fact means this is well worth it! My only complaint is edgess and corners. It will grab dog hair (which is our main need) but it doesn't always grab dirt in corners. I just drag dirt out with my foot and it will then grab it. If you use it lengthwise on the edges it works, but if you have short edges it's a little tricky. Emptying it is also a plus, just dump it. No bags or filters to worry about. It comes with a comb you can use to brush off the teeth/ clean it more thoroughly. easy. Capacity too, so I don't empty it every single time. Easy!! Again, the point I want to make CLEAR is that it's so remarkably fast, easy, convenient, & quiet, I use it often and my floors are finally clean on a regular basis. I have bought brooms & paid huge bucks ($400+) on rechargeable and corded kitchen vacuums that quit just after the warranty expires, and that's so so maddening. This one is going to last a long time and it works beautifully.

A MUST for large or long washable rugs. The best
Great manual machine! There's nothing like it when it comes to versatility & value. It is ideal for EVERY DAY use and especially hair removal (pet & people). It picks up sand and debris as well as fur. If you have long hair like me, check the bristle roller more often. It's so easy to clean when you don't let it build up too long. Most of it ends up sucked into the bin portion anyways. A perfect design, the comb is always there, so you don't have to touch what might get temporary tangled. The bin portion is quite small, ideal for fitting under small narrow tables. The bin holds a surprising amount and the small size doesn't tempt you to overfill. The bin is easy to empty, not too messy dumping. It works equally well on hard floor or carpet, wool rug acrylic rug, cotton rug. It's equally great for washable rugs as I remember it being for commercial indoor carpet (which is A MUST). It seems at first like the handle might be on the short side, but it's comfortable to roll back and forth as well as rolling under low profile furniture. The handle arrived defective & they immediately sent a replacement. In the past I have tried cheap plastic types and, you get what you pay for. This one will last for years, likely longer than your vacuum cleaner.

You'll want to buy a short-sleved work shirt with a name tag on it as soon as you use it.
First of all, you need to stop futzing around and just buy this thing. It is absolutely more than you want/need. I just have a 12 X 12 carpet in my apt but that's big enuf to see what this little soldier can accomplish. It comes with the handle in 3 parts and they just screw together like how handles do. The handle screws on to the main unit and stays tight, maybe just twist it once in a while. And the thing stays upright! I JUST now realized that! I was looking at it while I was typing this review and just noticed it stands straight up no problem! How bout that. I was flipping the bottom part up and leaning it against the wall this whole time. So it stores easy, then. You can flip it up if you need to, or just set it on any flat surface. Anyway the things a tank. But it's light - a little lighter than you think - and moves easy. SO easy. It isn't really built to turn and yet you'll be dancing with this baby right off the bat. It gets low and under stuff easy, too. Best, of course is that it's does just what you want. It gets the little bits of crud - paper, crumbs, string, hair etc. - that you can see. Those come RIGHT up. All those little bits on the carpet that our moms spent A THOUSAND HOURS bending over and picking up are gone in a breeze. You WILL be amazed when you are done with it. I say WOW every single time I use it. It's not a substitute for vacuuming except - yes it is! It is! This thing picks up ALL the visible crud and somehow even a little more (you'll see what I mean). So it DOES mean you can forgo the vacuum except for deep cleaning once in a while. But wait till you brush your rug/carpet and THEN vacuum it with your regular vacuum. Your vacuum will be so much more enthusiastic without all those little bits of crap making it all wheezey and sulky. Generally, using this brush will give your vacuum a much better attitude about it's job. It's easy to empty right over the trash. Just push where it says push and give a little shake. And wait till you see what you pick up. You were living with all that! Ya vagrant. It's also basically silent which is great for apt dwellers or night owls or whatever. And I bet you could get that knuckle-headed spouse (OK Husband) of yours to use it! You could get one for your wife, and she'd love it (but if you buy a wife/girlfriend/s.o. a cleaning tool, they might/should punch you so be creative). And I bet you could even get a kid to use it! Just ask them to vacuum and when they act like their world is being torn apart, give them the brush to use! I'm telling you, a kid will realize what a natural "shortcut" this thing is and be all over it. And they might even remember to empty it out when they're finished (well....) You will love this brushuum! (JUST made that up). It will never not amaze you when you are done with it. You'll be humming away zip-zippin that little guy around like a champ. Maybe even get you a little rag for that back pocket, a shirt with a name tag, some sensible custodial shoes, a belt with some keys on it, and you'll have that place spotless like a true pro!

Disappointed
Disappointed. Easy to assemble, but I have to occasionally twist the handle to re-tighten while vacuuming. It does pick up dog hair, but when emptying the bins, I have to reach in and pull the hair out. Definitely not as good in the corners as claimed.

It's perfect for us.
I always read most of the product reviews on Amazon because I find they're an excellent guide on product durability, use, and description. I appreciate those of you who take the time to help others with this information. As with any product, some of you liked this carpet sweeper and a few of you were disappointed. I try to balance the "why" with the "why not" and decided this carpet sweeper would be a good purchase for us. The biggest draw for me is it's a Fuller Brush product. For those of you who grew up in the '60s and '70s you'll remember the quality of the Fuller Brush products and this carpet sweeper is proof their product quality is still excellent. I haven't seen Fuller Brush in so long I thought they were no longer in business. This was a nice surprise. We live out in the country and have linoleum floors with 5' X 7' Wal-Mart-type carpets in front of the door, in front of the sofa (and wood stove), and in the dining room. I wanted something light-weight and small enough to do a quick run over these carpets. The vacuum cleaner is just too heavy and bulky for me to pull out and lug around the house just to clean a few small carpets. The handle is in three sections and each one easily screws onto the others - and they're interchangeable so you don't have to figure out which one goes where. The grip part of the handle - the part you hold - is comfortable. The unit comes with a little rake used to clean the big bristles and, as a bonus (Fuller thinks about practical things like this) it easily attaches to the bottom of the handle. I used the rake last night - one of our dogs seems to constantly shed - and I easily raked the hair out of the long bristles. It has two clean-out pans that are easily accessible and easy to use. Turn the unit upside down and you'll see a "push" on the bottom of the sweeper (there are two collection sections). Push and that compartment opens so you can dump the dirt in the garbage (another benefit of the smaller head is all the debris goes in the garbage instead of some of it falling on the floor). What helps with this carpet sweeper is it's reversible. You can sweep one way and then turn the handle over to the other side and sweep that way and fill up the debris compartment on the other side. It's pretty slick. The base of the sweeper has "handle lock" positions. You can lock the handle on each side for cleaning and also it locks in the upright position. It is held in place between two little bumps in each position. This is important because the sweeper doesn't flop around as you're using it. The sweeper is about 9.6" X 6.6" and it's just the right size to do a quick clean-up. It takes me less than a minute to clean the carpet in front of the door that collects all the grass and debris brought in by shoes and dogs. I find it's more efficient to pick up debris by sweeping with the grain of the carpet instead of against it. One caveat: I still use a broom to sweep the linoleum because we have very fine sand in this area and it's just easier to pull out the broom. The carpeted areas have always been the problem. We had a constant state of messy. That's why I wanted a small carpet sweeper. It's working out great for me so far. It's so easy for me us. Pros: easy to use; lightweight; easy clean-out; perfect for smaller areas; small plastic rake to clean out the bristles; picks up grass as well as ashes (from the wood stove); it's quiet compared to a vacuum cleaner; the top handle has a hole so you can hang the sweeper on a hook.; the handle turns so you have more control over the diretion of the sweeper with less hand motion; you don't need electricity to run it. Cons: If you're taller than about 5'6" you may need a longer handle; some of you will simply want a larger sweeper head.

Worth the price! Works very well!
This thing is amazing and totally worth the cost over cheaper options. Picks up fine particles like clay cat litter off of rugs (and hardwood floors but not as well as rugs). I have a black rug in the living room and pulling this out to go over it is WAY easier than lugging out a vacuum every day. It also picks up cat hair off the rug and other debris. It's very easy to empty. It's light weight and easy to use.

Great sweeper, but lubricate the sticks to assemble
This sweeper is a true beauty that really works due to its long corner brushes. Works on all kinds of floors. Love it. Just one draw with this particular white item: assembling the sticks was difficult because the screw on part of some of the parts had too much paint on it, so I could not attach them fully (a gap was left). I finally solved this by changing the order of the sticks many times until I found the best fit and using some oil to lubricate the screw on parts.

Simply the BEST Sweeper on the market!
Hi Everyone! This sweeper has its place in every home! I have long been researching options to pick up dust/fluff, hair etc. quickly, I think I did a great job comparing Bissell vs other NoName Sweepers on our market ( Switzerland, Europe). I did not buy for a year to collect more data, watched countless videos and reviews. No, this is not a sponsored/infuenced review. This is my honest opinion. I contacted Fuller if they can send it to us to Switzerland, but there was no way. So I ordered it here to a delivery address to Germany. Yesterday I got it and could not wait to see if it collects my long blond hair, my husbands fluff , dog hair etc. THIS SWEEPER DOES AN AMAZING JOB! I went through hard floor, and hard wood floor plus carpets. All surfaces clean! I was really shocked how much fluff was collected off the "seemingly" clean carpet. Wow! The best that this even cleans up the in-between places at the junctions of carpet and hard floor where Bissell was not great at all. Top top top or as we say here, tip top! I was looking for a solution to collect fluff quickly and quietly, and this is the best I found. Amazingly smooth and makes no noise compared to a hand vacuum. The sweeper house is sturdy, even if it bumps into a harder surface - eg. wall, table - it does no harm. Most importantly, it will not damage more expensive rugs. Of course, this is not for deep cleaning and will not replace regular vacuuming, but for everyday I found the solution I wanted! Super solution for families with pets, or anyone where hair on floor is an issue and you wish to have a tidy home all the time! I hope you found value in my review, and wish you all well!
