I tried everything prior to Greenies Pill Pockets and nothing worked. Then my friend suggested these and they work like magic! All of my dogs who refused all other methods of pill taking including peanut butter and in dog ice cream love these and now they get their medicine and I get peace of mind! My dog loves the flavor, I buy the capsule size now in the big bag and use half for her morning pill which is easy and very economical. There have been no digestive issues whatsoever! I buy these regularly for my dog when I have medication to give him as he generally spits out pills. They are easy to use and my dog loves the taste! They are pretty soft and appear fresh, making it it easy to put even a large pill inside. Highly recommend for your pup/dog! Griff likes them just as treats as well ! I also smash them up and put them on his mat (wall food mat) in my shower when bathing to reward him during/after bath time.

We have a big itchy 3 y/o Labradoodle who deals with seasonal allergies, so we give him Benedryl during the spring and summer months to reduce some of his terrible itching and biting. Before I found these I just to roll the pills up in pieces of cheese to get him to take them, but at his size (nearly 80lbs) that's at least 4 pills per day and it's a pain to do all that cheese rolling. I bought these to save myself some trouble and hopefully be giving him something better for him than cheese. These pill pockets turned out to be the PERFECT thing for giving generic benedryl tablets and he LOVES them!! I love that they take 2 seconds to get out, put the pill in and squeeze the end shut and then it's like giving him a treat! I can also just throw these in his bowl with his dry food and he gobbles them up. I think the price is great, especially in my subscribe and save list. My only complaint which is extremely minor is that some of them are a little smushed and cracked when they arrive because they're soft and they come in a bag, but that has not affected my ability to use them at all. This is only a 2 week supply for us so I'm going to have to get 2 per month and it's more expensive than using cheese, but it saves me the time and hassle and is a healthier option for my dog than cheese so it's totally worth the $12 per month (which is about what it shakes out to) to buy these instead. Usually give pills to our dog in peanut butter, use these when they go to the kennel. These are good if you're giving pills right away. If you put pills in for a later dose, they leach and dog refuses to eat. Wish flavor was a little stronger, but good alternative.

My dog is obsessed with these. I never have any trouble with getting him to take pills, since he's so excited to eat the pill pocket. They're really easy to mold over a pill. Sometimes I'm able to fit 2 pills to one pill pocket, or divide a pill pocket in half for just 1. Not to mention, this is a way healthier option for your dog compared to putting a pill in a slice of bread with peanut butter.

These are amazing. Such a difference from the first time trying to give my dog a chewable, to using these it definitely takes the trauma away from giving a puppy medicine! She ate it quickly and even came back for another, must have been yummy!

A very soft pliable pliable chew. If pill is small you can use 1/2 of a pocket cause it is very easy to make it into 2 bites for my 17 year Old Dachshund boy. He seems to like the peanut butter flavour. Helps get those pills down.

Well, initially I was going to give these a 1* review- they disintegrate at the slightest touch, are too small to hold one worming tablet for large breed dog, and are incredibly expensive. However!! Absolute game changer for giving my stubborn GSD worming tablets. (He’s the type of dog that sniffs them out in any food, spits them out and refuses to open his mouth to take them. Worming had become a nightmare). Although these did crumble at touch, I rolled them in my palms to make a “ball”, sealing the tablet within. I did this out of view of the dog (obviously 😂). I couldn’t believe my eyes when he gulped these down (inhaled, really!). They were gone in seconds, and I took great delight in congratulating him on eating his worming tablets 🤣 So, yes they are very expensive for my liking, however, they worked wonders in turning overly dramatic worming times into the quickest, least dramatic time. Highly recommend if you too have a stubborn pup who makes you think they’re the devil every time worming is required! (Oh, and yes, they smell strong of peanut butter!)
