Easy to take.
These are well priced. No after taste. They are quite small, so easy to take. They're a good dosage. Some supplements are way too strong. I have severe IBS and these haven't caused me any adverse effects at all.

Giving 5 stars as seemed fine although you usually can’t tell with vitamins as to how they’re working, I take them as insurance and hope for the best!
