This 60 pack of gummies comes in a nice looking & easy to read container. Each gummy is individually wrapped in an easy to tear open packaging. The gummies are not super sticky. The flavor is not too bad unlike some that you almost gag on. Nothing I would call a candy, but the flavor is fine. I have not noticed any after taste & they don't stick to my teeth. There are a small amount of sugars in these, .38G per gummy. The biotin B7 has 10,000 mcg per gummy. Due to how slow hair & nail growth can be, it is hard for me to say if these are really helping or not. I have not noticed any ill effects. At 1 gummy a day, this is a 2 month supply. These are recently manufactured & the expiration date is well into the future, so not concerns there.

However, the issue arose when I decided to discontinue the product after about 3-6 months. Unfortunately, within just 2-3 weeks of stopping, my hair fall returned. It was disappointing to experience this dependency on the product for maintaining hair health. While the product works wonders as long as you continue using it, the customer support team advised me against long-term usage without breaks. They cautioned that prolonged dependency could lead to reduced effectiveness over time. In conclusion, this product offers a temporary solution to hair loss with remarkable results while you're using it. It effectively halts hair fall, but the downside is the dependency it creates. Within a few days hairfall almost completely stopped. Nails are strengthened and they look healthy after a week or so. Sincerely, a good product. I hope there are no long term side effects. If anyone has found any side effects pl share with everyone.
