Worked Well
Works well. Had an issue with my knee and I expected the adhesion of the patch to be a problem but it wasn't. The patch is actually colder than i expected and lasted several hours. The product exceeded my expectations. If you need to use something long term then invest in a bag of peas but for convenance when travelling or away from home I do not see much competition.

very expensive
Very expensive but gives relief from continuous back pain. They are costing me about £50 per month and I use them with prescription pain relief gel. I use 1 patch each day.

The patches do provide pain relief. A bit difficult to open the sachet and the adhesion not good especially say on the base of thumbs.
