can this be used as a nail cream? The description makes it sound like it is a nail cream as well. That was not indicated on the actual pkg.

There is not need for an additional nail cream product for your nail if you are using our Cuticle conditioner cream. 
Using the Cuticle Conditioner is simple. 
First, the Onsen conditioner comes in a small sized tube,that is easy to take with you wherever you go.  I keep this as well as my healing nail block,  stashed in my purse.  
Squeeze the tube to dispense a small amount onto the nail bed of each finger. 
Then massage the conditioner into each of your nail beds. 
While you massage, gently push the skin back down with your thumb.  
Since this product is produced in a cream form, it won’t leave any oily residue...which is a huge plus for me. 
It’s that simple.  
I love that the cream stays on my finger and I don’t have to worry about making a mess.  It is also a stain-free formula. 
When first starting out, use the cuticle conditioner for two consecutive weeks.  After that, twice a week, or as needed.
