Flavorful.. Full bodied. Not salty so you are tasting a big salt liick. Consistently is so much better than a powder or cube. Seasoning is not overpowering, just a nice clean broth you can add your own spices to make it your own. Versatile and can use in soups, stews, gravy, or just a nice hot cup of clear broth. This is my favorite and the 14 oz is a great size and priced just right.

This is a highly rated product for a reason! I love that I have complete control over how much base I use depending on the recipe I'm preparing. It is easy to measure and is exactly as flavor-packed as promised. The 21-ounce jar size is also very economical. It's a must-have in my pantry!

I love this stuff and have used it for years. The product is great but the packaging was bad. The jar was just thrown into a too large box with zero packaging. I'm just lucky that I didn't open a mess. Star detracted for that reason only.

The America's Test Kitchen test of chicken broths rated this very highly, explaining also that most of the boxed broths are made by that company buying a paste like this and mixing it with water. It's so convenient and comparatively sustainable to have a jar of this in the fridge (and a backup in the pantry!) to mix as-needed, to whatever strength needed, rather than going through tons of boxes or cans. Flavor is excellent, and I love being able to get the organic in a big jar. Shipped perfectly, definitely will repeat.

The best bullion you can get and a great price that will save you money because in the fridge it won’t go bad. Also has the best flavor of any that I’ve ever tried. When you work out the price, it’s a lot more frugal than buying those quart sized cartoons, and much more flavorful with real chicken fat!
