Does the job without having to reach for medication.
After waking in the night because of a blocked nose due to swollen sinuses, I reached for these out of desperation and to avoid taking nasal spray.Worked a treat.A little fiddly to put on but worth it for what it delivered. The bridge of my nose was a little sore the following day but was ok pretty quickly. This might be better with more practice. I had the smaller size - be careful which size you pick as going too big would be an issue.A little pricey but I don’t use them every day so I don’t mind.

Good value but won't magically stop snoring
Ordered to stop husband snoring!! Didn't work but he does now make a slightly different sound which is a step in the right direction!! Says he can breathe better but not by the sound he is still making! Says he sleeps better and there comfy to wear, size great for man's nose and good value for money quality is great but snoring still happening
