Not usually a big fan of supplements I can obtain from foods or pre-workout supplements.These capsules however seem to have the bonus of acting as just that while making something I can't stand the taste of possible to consume!I do martial arts and jump rope regularly but have had some fatigue from an op. Consequently my fitness had taken a beating and I was easily winded and quick to tire.Since taking just two capsules of these a few hours before a workout I've felt energised and my cardio game has come back. I definitely feel my cardio increased suddenly; swifter than it would have from just training alone.Additionally, I feel it's helped my circulation around certain private areas which is an added benefit I hadn't even considered but, checking out the science behind nitric oxide, would check out.They also come in a sexy black container if that's important to you. capsules are big but you can break them up and add the powder into food or a drink, this isn't medication its just a food product, other than the daunting size, the product seems ok
