I was skeptical after reading the reviews for this, and finding nothing for general rhinitis. I suffer from bad hayfever and rhinitis all year as I am allergic to various pollens and house dust mites. I have fexofenadine on prescription, plus a steroid nasal spray and eye drops as I need to take them all when y allergies are bad. When I ordered this, I think the winter allergies in the house had been getting worse as the weather meant less fresh air in the house, lots of heating and house dust mites breeding and no sunlight killing stuff. I was suffering with constant sneezing and runny nose - generally feeling quite awful. Even the fexofenadine (strong antihistamine) was not enough on its own and I was having to take the nasal spray as well. As soon as I started taking these Vogel ones, I have been able to stop my other prescribed allergy medicines and I am hardly suffering at all - just a little in the morning before I take the dose and it kicks it. I’m also not even taking the maximum dose - just morning and evening. I am so impressed with these- they’ve really worked for me, I know it’s not working for everyone. Maybe it’s the kind of allergy I have or something like that but fingers crossed for the future and I hope it works for Hayfever too.

Got these as a "natural" remedy to the hayfever, as the nat.mur 30c didn't work. It's a hassle taking 2 tablets 3x a day before meals but they work very well during the night/early morning too. I would suggest only taking with a full proper meal. I had them before cereal and I felt drowsy, weak, dehydrated and had loose bowel movements till I had a substantial meal. Lesson learnt.
