Per the description, this works for WiFi 6 dual-band 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz. WiFi 6e is 6GHz, so you would need a WiFi 6e tri-band antenna.

It raised the speed of our connection by nearly a half more than what we were getting. So, yes so would think so. But there are variables for routers, and even though 5g goes farther and faster in most cases, it all falls down to the motherboard and how it processes those signals through the associated chip set. But overall this should help, not hurt, the connection and speed.
