Very fast shipping! First time working with glutinous rice flour mix and it's def very sticky. I own a silicone donut mold & these were easy to remove after baking, popped right out BUT....for the price. I was unfortunately only able to get 9 full sized donuts out of it. & for that I won't be able to re-order.

I fell in love with mochi donuts when I went to Third Culture in Berkeley. I am celiac, so I was disappointed that this isn’t gluten free, like they were. So I can’t review the mix. But the company made it right and refunded my order. Just know that this isn’t just mochiko flour, it has gluten.
