Classic Clip On Sunglasses - Flip Up

I bought the 60x47 black. Perfect for my prescription driving glasses (women). Perfect size. Great sun protection. Not too dark. Not too light. Should've got these a long time ago. Flip-up feature is easy.

First of all, these are great. My old pair were scratched and scuffed all to high heaven and I needed some new ones and these blow those old ones out of the water. The lenses are darker and they cover more of my glasses. In fact, they cover so much they actually escape the rims of my glasses. They are a tad too large, which is kind of annoying because I followed the size guide to a T to make sure I was buying the right size. So, I guess maybe take that guide with a grain of salt. Their being slightly oversized, however, doesn't bother me enough to return them. They're easy to clip on and off, and flip up without issue when needed. The clip part is kind of big but I mean, what are you going to do. I mostly wear these with a hat so it isn't too noticeable. The case and cleaning cloth they came with are pretty nice. I can't speak to how scratch resistant they are yet because I haven't dropped them or anything. I'm sure it'll happen eventually, and when it does I'll come back with an update.

I bought the "HUIHUIKK Nearsighted Metal Myopia Glasses Everyday Use Mens Womens Distance Spectacles" (Link below) to assist with my night vision, which tends to get a bit blurry when I overwork my eyes during the day. It turns out that I am now needing daytime assistance. . After looking at several clip-on sunglasses, I noticed these had virtually the dimensions. I got them in, and they look like they were practically made for each other... maybe a millimeter difference in a couple places. The fact they effortlessly flip up helps transitioning from day to night). They slide on fairly easily, and have a little play to get them into place. They stay in place, unless you bump them firmly. I generally like pretty dark lenses during the day, but these are dark enough... a shade or two lighter than I would prefer, but will do well if not driving in snow or white sands. The case is very slim. Since I can get the glasses back into their case with theseon, I currently don't have a need for it. It is a plastic clam-shell case slipped into a faux-leather case, which I found a bit overkill and cumbersome. I have used the cleaning cloth a couple times, very gently. The lenses are a soft plastic, as are the glasses I clipped these to. . Great fit on my glasses plus glare reduction. Exceptionally well packaged for safe shipping and a useful storage pouch. I was very pleased with this purchase.

I ordered the black clip-ons to protect my eyes from the sun and glare, which caused headaches and eye pain/fatigue. I should also note I had to re-order this item as I never received it the first time. I have had them for a couple weeks now, and although they didn't help me right away as they do for some people, I noticed an improvement a few days after. The ones I ordered fit my glasses because I was sure to measure it carefully. Mine might be a bit larger than my actual lenses, but they cover the whole frame, which I like and prefer. Overall, they have been helpful at blocking the light and reduced my symptoms tremendously. They are most effective when combined with a hat or cap to block light coming from the top of my glasses that aren't covered by the clip-on. Pros: -lightweight -they look retro cool when I wear them flipped up when walking inside (I get stares but also compliments so that's a win!) -filter most sunlight and glare when looking straight ahead -comes with two cases and a cleaning cloth. Cleaning cloth is one of the best I had, especially when combined with glasses cleaning solution Cons: -the lenses are a bit fuzzy even when I clean them well. But they're plastic and I'm looking through Rx lenses first then through them, so who knows. In particularly bright spaces with extra glare from windows all around, for example, I notice that that glare is reflected back onto the inside of the lenses, where I'm looking through, so that there is a sort of fuzzy halo around things I'm looking at. This overall reduces clarity and makes me strain my eyes a bit to see things clearly -the clear rubber on the clips are a bit distracting and noticeable when you wear these for the first time. Your brain eventually gets used to it and ignores that you can see it, but I wish they fit closer to the inside edge of the glasses where the bridge and nose pads meet. I understand this may be part of the design to compensate for people who have a wider bridge on their glasses, but still -they obviously won't filter light from the side of your eyes or underneath -the case is sometimes difficult to close, especially when I put the clip-ons in. I have to press everywhere and re-position it then it finally snaps closed. Minor quibble though -there should be instructions on how to clean them. This might appear obvious, but I don't take that for granted. I was apprehensive to use the solution for my glasses as the cloth alone didn't remove all the fingerprints, but it worked well I haven't used it for extended periods outside yet but overall, still a good purchase at a fairly good price and I am happy to have them as they are quite effective.

I recently replaced my prescription glasses with new ones, and my old clip on sun glasses were too small. And I found it impossible to find clip on sun glasses from my optometrist and I didn't want to spend the bucks for the new custom made magnetic over the lens type they offered. Amazon to the rescue. I found these Caxman clip-on's and they were very highly rated and after following their measurement guide, I bought the best size for my glasses and they fit perfectly over my new glasses. I'm really impressed. Since I don't wear sunglasses unless I absolutely have to, these will be a perfect low priced solution. And the thing I like best is the flip up feature. I'll be wearing them mostly when I'm out shooting pictures and as any photographer knows, it is impossible to shoot pics wearing sunglasses as it is impossible to get an undistorted view thru view finder. So with these, I just flip them up when shooting and back down again immediately after taking the shot, and I have great protection from sun and glare and my eyes are happy. They are very well made and have ample non scratch coating on the clips that fit onto the very top of the lens to secure them in place so there is no chance of scratching the eyeglass lens. The other great thing is Caxman offers a wide variation in lens sizes and a measurement guide so you will get the correct size ordered. Also, there are about 5 colors available from black, dark black, and others. I got the black and am very happy with that color - they don't darken too much that colors are badly distorted, etc. At 13 bucks, I'm ordering a couple more pair so I'll have them in car, camera bag, etc when I need them.

Fits great, good clip on sunglasses. The shape does not exactly match my glasses but it's very close and unnoticeable. They allow you to measure your glasses and get a size that will cover your glasses completely. Unfortunately the sizes given are metric so you need a way to measure millimeters. Otherwise you can pay a lot more for custom clip ons and get something very similar. These are fine.

I have won the clip ons 4 times. They fit my oversized prescription glasses. They are more flexible than I like. The visibility through them is good and they reduce the sun brightness. They arrived in a vinyl sleeve and inside a plastic case. The case is very difficult to open. Thought it was me but my 27 year old grandson found it hard to open too. Value for the cost is good.
