Durable, Not for high humidity environments since the base is made of painted steel that will rust in time. Otherwise made well, easy to set up and take down. The chrome parts are good quality, solid welding. Heavy duty wheels, but not made to last, or for rolling in the garment district of NY. The wheels do not have bearings, just a basic hard rubber wheel directly on an axle.
