The pillow is thin and light, with beautiful covers. I have used it for just 3-4 days and already my chronic neck pain and backache have disappeared. Sleep is u disturbed and I wake up refreshed. Im using another 1inch pillow from fredo. Which much more comfortable! Would recommend to buy fredo 1inch if thats available
