Would this fit curved 27" monitor?

It should long as it’s not bigger than the size it made for. the clips can expand.. but I’m not totally sure on that

Can this be used for a 22" television with stand?

I am not positive 100% about this but there is a smaller version carry case for 21.5" iMac.If you look at a Apple ad.for 21.5" they look very similar in shape and size.

Is this too big for lg ultrawide 26-inch, (wxhxd) 25" x 11.5"?

Yes, it's enough. It can hold up to 27-inch monitor.
