Probably doesn’t work as well as the whole husk, but much easier than mixing and drinking gritty psyllium. Take them as your eating a meal and it’ll work well for you!

Taking them with water I didn’t like the flavor of them so I put them in yogurt much better. I have to eat protein a lot of it so I don’t get to eat vegetables very often. So I thought this would be the best way to do it in Health with the ball problem my head combined with my other medication
