I have been using agaro imperial cofee maker machine for 2 years. In my experience, it is an excellent product. This machine is easy to use and we can instantly make the cofee we like. The after sales service was an excellent experience. Recently has some issus in my cofee machine. I contacted agaro customer care center. Lusi Ghosh madam one of the service specialists has contacted me and explained the issue through video call and resolved it immediately by collecting machine and returned back repaired machine within 45 hrs. Her service was fast and easy to understand. That is why I am giving 5 star rating.

I am using this coffee machine from last 2 years. Have been happy with the purchase. Suddenly it stopped making the creamer in my coffee. I contacted the agaro service centre. They were prompt in responding to my query. They helped me with the procedures to be done via video call and got it working again. I am happy with the service.

The machine is quite decent but probably best in the price range. The support by Unilever is amazing, prompt response with immediate support on call. The representative (Lusi Ghosh) was informative, knowledgeable and patient to stay and guide me on the call until the resolution was confirmed.

Very disappointed with this AGARO Imperial Espresso Coffee Maker. I purchased it on 6 September 2025, and since then I have not been able to make even one proper cup of espresso. The coffee does not pass properly through the filter/portafilter, and only a few watery drops come out instead of actual espresso. The pressure indicator also does not reach the required coffee cup mark, and the machine does not build enough pressure for steaming or frothing milk either. I tried following multiple videos for the same model, contacted Amazon customer care several times, and even spoke to an AGARO technician, but the issue is still unresolved. The product has been practically unusable from the beginning. Extremely frustrating experience and definitely not worth the money.

Long-term review... It's been at least 4 years since i got this machine. Have bout 2 more as gifts since then. I've enjoyed and people who come over thoroughly enjoyed the coffee from it. Its great value for money in my experience. In the long term will mention the white colour does get a little tedious to keep white and shiny. But I'd say so far I've found it to be a quality product. And quite easy to use.
