How do you get to 99 feet without submersion?

It's pressure that they are refering too, not depth of feet in water. If you shower in a watch, it needs to be 50 meter water resistant minimum. Because the pressure of the shower hitting the watch is more than just rain coming down. Also swimming in a watch and moving your arms causes pressure more than the feet of depth that you really are in.

The women's weekender are smaller than the mens or unisex weekender. This watch is approximately 28 mm in size. The watch band is smaller too, 16 mm compared to the men's 20 mm.

What size of band does this have if i want to change it??

I bought this 16 mm band, https://www.amazon.com/16mm-Solid-Olive-Nylon-Nato-Band-Military-Watch-Strap-G10/dp/B009VOVVSQ/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_txt?ie=UTF8, in olive green that is no longer available on Amazon. The 16 mm size is a perfect fit and it was easy to change. You could likely find other watch bands this size on Amazon as well.
