How do I remove the front screen protector part?

It is quite a snug fit...don’t panic though it’s not stuck and the iPad won’t break! Midway down the side there is a lip; pull this one back first so that it’s ‘unclipped’ and then use the lip on one of the corners to pull the protector piece back until it pops off. Once you have one corner out do the same to the next and then the rest will be more easily done. I’ll try and upload a video when I have it with me...

Can this be used for iPad Pro 12.9 2020

I would say for certain definitely not , if you want a really good case , look at Unicorn Beetle supcases , I've got cases of that company ,off Amazon , the Bam bino case fits tablets of 10.5 size , and are brilliant .

will this fit the 2020 version iPad Pro 11inch

I don't think it will. I use it for my Samsung Tab A. I Am sure the iPad fitting will be different from a Samsung
