I always have one of these with me and have recommended to friends. They seem to help avoid some germs when you are exposed but don’t over use them as your nostrils can become sensitive - read the instructions !

Easy to use spray but sometimes it is difficult to know if the liquid has reached the nostril. A nice smell and no stinging sensation. Been in close contact with people suffering with flu and managed not to be infected by them.

Decided to write a review in the hope that it will help someone. I used this product during the covid. The idea was to protect myself in public places. ( A few years back, I was a strict vegetarian. I went back on meat diet as it started to cause me problems (muscles). I then discovered that I had an allergy to certain products incl milk. It took me time to realise that I couldn't tolerate lactose. Because of this I started to experience dreadful debilitating symptoms of allergy. ) I started to take antihistamine. Every day for a few years. So, when I used this spray, I did not think that the discomfort I experienced today, was to do with it. I thought it was the allergy. A few months ago I was advised by a pharmacist to try charcoal. It made sense! I took it twice a day for a month. (Need to take it on empty stomach, better in powder form, follow instructions). I did not take antihistamine, just charcoal. I thought I would never see the day when I won't need my antihistamine! All symptoms cleared. However, just the other day, I was browsing my past purchases, and bought this spray again. When it arrived I used it, and these symptoms started again....running nose, awful itching, bleeding. I then realised that actually this spray never been any good. It went straight in the bin. Because I was taking antihistamine in the past, I didn't realise the full effect of this spray. It severely dryes and damages mucus membranes. A few days ago I was completely free of the allergy symptoms, but when used the spray again, these awful symptoms allergy like came back. I am not saying that it's what created allergy, but it definitely does not any good.
