A heart felt thank you from a left fielder
Iโm a left fielder in slow pitch softball. I play coed womenโs and menโs games up to three nights a week. I throw the ball a lot and I throw it far. Iโve always struggled with tendinitis ever since playing fast pitch as a girl. At the end of last season I was almost in tears one game because my elbow hurt so bad. The pain was indescribable. I thought the off season would help, but the second I started playing again it was game over. I tried icy hot I tried icing I tried ibuprofen (not healthy 3 times a week for months at a time Iโm sure). Eventually I was recommended to get a compression sleeve. I looked at amazon for the highest rated ones and Iโm glad I bought them. Ever since I started using them Iโve had NO (and I cannot stress this enough) NO pain no matter how many games I play a night. Obviously, this isnโt a cure for tendinitis. But it beats giving up softball. Sometimes if I donโt use enough of my shoulder in the throw Iโll get a little tinge and I can feel it a bit. But the sleeve keeps it from getting out of control and it keeps the pain from ever getting there in the first place. For reference: Iโm 5โ5โ 140 pounds, wear a size medium in everything (small in unisex) and I got a size small. They fit perfect. Very comfortable I honestly donโt notice itโs on. The heat it generates under the sleeve is actually pretty nice and comforting. Doesnโt hinder my playing ability at all.

Saw positive results *instantly*
I have been having some pain on the right side of my inner elbow for months, which I assume is an undiagnosed carpal tunnel condition because I am a freelance writer and spend a lot of time typing. I was trying to get by with just exercising in an attempt to strengthen the muscle, but it felt like the muscle was going to burst right out of my arm. I had seen Tony Horton wearing compression sleeves during some of his one-on-one workout videos and figured, why not? If it helps him, it may help me. These were some of the best-rated sleeves and they were inexpensive, so I picked them up. I was bummed that I had to buy a pair, since only one elbow bothers me, but then I realized I can just alternate them for my workouts because if I sweat on one and don't immediately do the laundry, then I have a backup for tomorrow's workout. Can I tell you that in just *one* day, months of pain has already been significantly reduced? I wore the sleeve from the moment it came in the mail, through my workout and up until my shower (so, about five hours), and my arm feels unbelievably better. Like, seriously, I can't believe it. I still felt pain during my workout, but it was more of a mild discomfort, not like I was doing more harm than good. The sleeve was so comfortable that I forgot I was even wearing it, and it didn't roll down at all after five hours of being worn. It also provided my arm with a modest and comforting warmth, not that overheated, dripping-with-sweat feeling that an Ace bandage sometimes provides. I *love* these sleeves and would gladly buy them again. I stand by this high-quality product.

Bought two sizes (Small and Medium) - Either really tight or really loose
First thing, these do work pretty good. However, they are either really tight or really loose. I don't mind them being tight but they are too tight. Going up one size, they are too loose, so I'm using the smaller ones. They do help with the pain, but are very difficult to move around in them. I purchased them to use for when my elbows and muscles around them are hurting and for when I'm working out in the gym. But since they are hard to move in, they are even harder to lift weights in. I would rather have the kind that wrap; although, those require another person to properly get them tight enough. Overall I am pleased with them, I just wish there was another size between small and medium.

Deciding on a Size
Purchased after a major, open shoulder surgery, which caused CRPS of the entire arm/hand, and made an existing plica in my elbow worsen significantly. I figured this brace would provide support and much needed compression to my arm, which gets very minimal blood flow due to the nerve damage, as well as controlling some pretty severe swelling of my elbow. I bought this a few months ago, and was at exactly 9.5โ around my elbow, measured per the directions. I decided on the S, instead of the XS, figuring my atrophied arm from surgery would gain muscle back and would be snug at first, then gain more compression once my arm strengthens, tightening the brace. Unfortunately, My arm continues to shrink despite OT & PT, so youโll see in the pics how large it is on me now that I measure at 9โ at the elbow. The widest part of my arm that the sleeve sits at is 9.5โ, but is still even too large there, so it does stretch just a little. SO, if you measure right at the end width of one size and the beginning of the next size up, Iโd go for the smaller one for it to work at its best. As far as comfort, I wear it all day, everyday, including during therapy (pictures prove how well itโs holding up with tremendous use). Itโs comfortable, & I get almost a full range of motion. It only bothers me when Iโm lounging and have my arm bent for extended peeps of time to type on my phone, so I take it off. Itโs hard to say just how much of a help it is solo, for I wear a full arm sleeve underneath, and it quickly became too large for me. I wrote this review to hopefully help people with choosing a size that are perfectly in between sizes, and to show how well itโs holding up. If I purchase the XS, I will update with comparison photos.

This sleeve put me on the fast track to recovery.
This works amazingly well. It is comfortable and supports my elbow, reducing the pain. As soon as I put it on, my elbow started feeling better. After 3 months of suffering with tennis elbow and doing exercises that made it worse, I decided that I needed a new plan. I bought this sleeve and began doing the exercises that were recommended by urgent care, using two modifications. I did all the exercises, wearing this sleeve and making sure that my elbow was slightly bent. Not sure if the exercise handout that I received, showing a straight elbow, works for some people. It was the exact wrong thing for me. After two weeks, I do not have any pain unless I push too hard while working in the yard.

Comfortable relief
This is my first time trying a true compression sleeve for pain relief. I've tried a wrap before with velcro that did help somewhat, but every time I would bend my arm at the elbow, the velcro would come undone. I have neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome and pectoralis minor syndrome, so I my right arm is in nerve pain 100% of the time. The compression sleeve does help stabilize the nerve and reduce the pain through the tricep area. Obviously, the compression sleeve is tighter fitting than the previous wrap I was wearing, but it's not uncomfortable. I don't wear it all day. I do have to take it off after a couple of hours as I get warm as it's summer time here right now. But I can I am pleased with this product so far. Fit is perfect per sizing chart. Update 8/6/19: Fit is perfect, material is lightweight and breathable but yet provides enough compression to give me relief from my nerve pain.
