I can't stop using this for everything I cook. I've started planning meals around whether I can microplane something into them. It's sharp enough to handle everything from citrus rinds to garlic/ginger and even hard cheeses + spices.Have I grated parmesan directly into my families' mouths at the table? You bet I have.Ergonomics make using a box grater feel like the stone age. Fits well in the hand, though I do see the concern about the handle potentially snapping off as it feels like a weak point; will update if it breaks. That said, zero fear of it slipping.Convenient size to store in a drawer or hang from the handle.
