This was a gift for my hubby for Christmas. He says it charges up good, makes measuring a room/space with ease. The red beam helps in measuring quickly and provides the small or large measurements w half measurements pretty accurately for flooring, cabinets, carpentry or drywall. He said he is still not sure on the battery charge longevity as he is still learning this tool but will update the review once he uses it more. Light weight to carry, he said time will tell on tape retention, durability and longevity. He really likes the lock feature on the measurement and says it stores the measurement in case he gets side tracked by someone/homeowners/phone calls, etc and forgets the measurement he can pull it back up for his cuts so he doesnt have to go back and remeasure. The display screen is easy read & perfect for quick glance. He said he worries about dropping it and not sure if it would work if it happens but so far so good.

The app definitely needs some work on the User friendliness but other than that the tape is pretty solid and works great. I love the digital readout. Battery last long. I have been using it for about 4 weeks now and it’s still on 3 bars. Laser range finder is awesome also for those hard to measure with a tape places. Just remember that the lazer measurement takes into account the length of the tape measurement.

I bought this digital laser tape measure primarily for home use, and it's truly proven to be an excellent tool. It's much more practical and accurate than a conventional tape measure, and it's made tasks that were previously awkward to do alone much easier. The combination of a traditional tape measure with a laser is very convenient. The materials feel high-quality, and it's lightweight. Simply point the laser at the target, and the measurement is immediately displayed on the screen. I recommend it for quick jobs like estimating. A good buy.

Pros - Received this tape measure today. I have to give it a 10 out of 10 for ease of use. Right out the box, I would able to figure out how to use it, with no problem (though I did watch the online video). However, I do recommend reading the instructions to understand how to change some settings. Instructions are well laid out and easy to understand. The screen is easy to read for measuring length and with 2 clicks I was able to determine the room area. Also the screen reading is matched to the tape measure for accurate readings. Had to read instructions to determine how to read from back/front of tape measure, but it is easy. Cons - If I were to give it any con, I would say that I miss the crosshair settings that I have seen in other units. And when you switch reference settings to back of unit, it switches back to front when you retract the tape. Would like to have the option for locking settings. Not a major problem because the settings are saved and you can push the unit button to change the reading from front to back or vice versa. Lastly, it would have been nice to have auto lock (tape measure would stay out until you push the retract button). However, you can kind of do this by depressing the lock button about halfway, before you pull the measuring tape out. Summary - The unit feels solid and came fully charged read to use. Can't say more about the unit yet, but I will post more after I have more time to use, but for now I am very impressed.

I love this measuring tape! Moving into an old Cape Cod style house, I’ve used this measuring tape all kinds of ways. The digital reading is great for when you have to relay a measurement out to someone. I appreciate how it functions as both a traditional tape measure and a digital tape measure; allowing me to measure places I would not otherwise be able to measure. Having your recent measurements show up on the screen is also a great feature!

The combination of tape and laser is excellent. The product is sturdy no complains. My reason for only 3 stars is that the display works only one way. I have to hold the tape and measure from left to right. If I encounter a situation where i measure from right to left - the display is upside down. A product like this should have a display that flips upside depending on the angle of the tape measure.

I absolutely love using this combo, laser and tape measure. For most jobs, I have had to carry 2 devices with me to get the job done. This unit comes with some neat feature such as a built-in trigonometric/geometric /volumetric/ area calculator. If you need to do some calculations of area for floor coverings or walls, this tool can do it. Pros: Very solid and robust build English or Metric read-out Can measure/ provide area, volume, height, volume calls Steel tape that rolls out easily and that offers a stop function Measurements can be read via the tape or via the digital display . The unit stores up to 20 measurements. So, if you need to mitre saw a piece, you can refer to the unit to get the precise measurement. No need to note it or use your memory. Rechargeable battery with USB-C connector. Battery will last more than a day of heavy duty measuring. CONS: The laser does not offer settings such as including the tape length or not including the tape length in its measure If you need to bend the tape for an inside window measure or to do a certain type of floor measure , the digital tape measure will not accurately record the measure and you will need to refer the actual tape measure. Sunlight will affect how well the display appears. Wish there were brightness settings. Overall, I love this combo. For me, it eliminates the need for 2 devices and I love how it can record history of measures. For the price, it is in a competitive price range especially with its feature set

I purchased the above product while using tape came out , Laser light not good. It will not reach even 10 meters.

I’ve only had the product for about a week but so far so good. It’s sturdy, fits well in your hand and does what it’s supposed to do..

It is intuitive to use and works well. I accidently dropped it from a height of 5 ft onto a hard concrete floor but it still worked fine. It is also pretty accurate and precise. 5 stars overall
