The handle grip IS the battery, so you would replace the entire handle. You could also purchase one as spare or for longer shooting sessions. It's called the BG 21 Grip and it sells for $79 from Amazon or DJI.

Does it work with canon eos rebel t7i ?

Some cameras may not be able to be controlled by the DJI RS 3 via the camera control cable. Canon EOS Rebel T7i is not listed on the compatibility list, we may not be able to assure the control feature.
