Excellent product. As advertised, this is pure sodium tripolyphosphate with zero additions. This effectively means it is USP grade and therefore suitable for use in food products, but also as a dispersant or chemical reagent without any fear of contamination in a chemical environment. While a bit expensive, the quality was well worth the cost.
