As a first time mom, I did a lot of research on video baby monitors because I wanted to be happy and comfortable with my choice. I needed a camera before I could start sleep training in the nursery and after 7 months I was ready to try one out. I knew I wanted a video camera that came with a monitor BUT also had access to an app for my phone. Hubby stumbled upon this one and at first glance it checked all the main boxes.After receiving it was even happier to have it. It also has three different baby specific detections you can turn on (crying, motion, and noise). I’m a light sleeper so not waking for my baby’s cry wasn’t a concern. There is also an option to have an alarm to beep when the baby does any of three. Even on the lowest setting it is pretty loud and definitely would wake up Hubby who isn’t a SAH parent. I don’t usually leave the volume on the monitor because there is a delay/lag. Our nursery is also next door so we can hear if the baby cries from our room. It’s nice that it comes with lullabies but I think it’s weird that you also hear them coming from the monitor.It has some other features like feeding reminders, turning on or off the camera light, motion tracking, temperature and the ability to save photos/videos.I don’t plan to subscribe to the cloud subscription so I purchased SD cards. I put one in the camera and one in the monitor. I still haven’t figured out how to record to the SD card in the camera but I’ll ask customer support. I’m glad this comes with a 3 year warranty as well.Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and have already recommended it.

The media could not be loaded. This is my 3rd baby monitor for 1 baby. I’ve never had such a problem with monitors before. I’ve had 4 babies and it’s like non of the monitors this time around are worth anything. I’ve tried a variety of price points $200 and under. My baby is 1 but his room is on the opposite side of the house. Thankfully I can hear him cry from my room because that’s how we usually hear him not the monitor that is on my nightstand. Originally picked this one because of its range and good reviews. I like the app but it doesn’t stay on like a monitor so I can’t use that in place of it. The monitor never holds a charge so for it to kind of work I have to leave it plugged in at all times. I’ve tried charging it while it’s off to see if that helps but it doesn’t. The plug is loose and I’m finally just so over fighting this monitor I’m writing this to save someone else. Didn’t start having problems until it was too late to return and I’m tired of buying new ones essentially just to throw them away. The first was a gift and most expensive we didn’t open it til it was too late to return, the second one did not work with the distance. We live in a rural area but our wifi works just fine, my robot vacuum never has a problem, 5 kids with tons of streaming and no problems. The picture quality is good. I put in a sd card but it still tells me on the app that I need to insert one. I don’t have time to fight with these things that are supposed to be helpful to us.

This was easy to setup. The monitor has a good amount of features. I have been using this for awhile now and no complaints.

Monitor unit is nice, ability to zoom and pan has been very handy. My toddler tends to"play" before actually falling asleep and has been instrumental in keeping an eye on the child. Integrated songs helps sooth child to sleep. Whether you want to play one musical or all, ot is nice to set the repeat mode.Being able to adjust the brightness on the monitor is extremely helpful at night. The Integrated antenna is a nicevfeature as there are some areas i have had to use it to increase signal strength due to the walls on my home.The Camera body is very nice, makes it amusing and less frightening for children. Having the ability to turn off camera led keeps it less "spooky" for children.Being able to use the SD card slots in Camera and Monitor has been convenient.After a few months i had a small issue and customer support resolved it professionally and quickly.

We had some issues with the monitor screen (sound still worked but the screen was black) and they were resolved immediately by their top notch customer service department! The camera and phone app both worked without any issue. We didn't use the motion or sound alarms on the monitor, but we did test them out and they work. The monitor displays plenty of information, including the time temperatureand humidity level. The zoom on the camera is another great feature, crystal clear images. We kept the volume set low with a low sound sensitivity setting and had zero issue hearing our 4 month old. Overall a good product, with superior customer service at a good price point.

I'd like to start off with how good of quality this product is. I have three other cameras and none of them have the quality of picture this one has. The features are by far #1.Second I'd like to mention the customer service. I bought this monitor in November of 23 and loved it from the start. However it ended up stopping charging out of the blue. I believe it may have been dropped while charging by my toddler and broke something in the charging port. Anyway, it no longer would charge. I reached out to customer service and within 3 days I had a new complete set up even though I only needed the monitor portion. It was so quick and easy to speak with the service team and the quality of service was excellent. I'd recommend this product to anyone just based off CS.
