Good Lock with Satisfactory After-Sales Service
Iโm happy with my experience with Lavna lock. The lock works well, looks good, and provides a good level of convenience and security. What I particularly appreciated was their after-sales service, which was prompt and satisfactory whenever assistance was required. Overall, a good product backed by reliable customer support. I would recommend Lavna to others looking for a smart lock.

No customer service, No warranty just scam
product didnt work after few months, no customer service , no way to contact, very unethical. Not sure how they got 4 star reviews, when they get a bad review they take the product offline. They simply buy product from China and distribute locally. You will not find any information on how to claim warranty or a way to contact in the product page, that itself says you are doomed the minute you buy this product. Stay away.
