My daughter has owned two of these for the last 4 years. They get a lot of use, sometime being run over by cars and they are still going strong. Not too heavy, easy to handle and store in quite a small space. They’re very flexible too.

Having purchased a number of these flexible hoses, there's just no getting around the fact that they will fail eventually, especially if left outside in the elements. I purchased the Flexi Hose about a year and a half ago based on the lifetime warranty, hoping not to have to use it. Sure enough, the hose started leaking this week, and I emailed the company on Thanksgiving day expecting a response the following week. Not only did I get an email back almost immediately, once I gave them the requested information about my purchase, they shipped out a new hose to me right away, and it arrived on Saturday. Very impressed with both the customer service and the warranty, and would highly recommend going with this brand over others. Will purchase from them again for sure.

Beim drücken der Handbrause, dachte ich, was ist denn das... Das Wasser spritzte am Gewinde der Handbrause heraus!! Das Problem war die Dichtung!! Dichtung umdrehen und fest andrücken!! Das wars, wie auch immer!! Vielleicht konnte ich damit helfen! Bis jetzt alles super und hoffe, dass ich lange Freude damit habe!!

So delighted with the hose. Found it so much easier to manage than a traditional hose. Love the way it increases its length by 3 times when the water is turned on. Like them so much I have bought two. One for the front and one the back garden. Only disappointing detail is that both hose sprays make a loud squealing noise - which must disturb the neighbours! Also for some reason the hose mysteriously contracts back as if empty of water. Not sure why this happens but still love its ease of use.
