I have seen better product in this price range from Boat. The overall performance is nice for the price. However, the case is very delicate and not so sturdy. The case material is very smooth with matte finish (which is may be good) but it's a bit slippery in hand so you need to be very careful not to drop it, else it till break open. The hinge that opens the case doesn't open fully, so it's a slight inconvenience to get the buds out of the case. The hinge/cap could have been more flexible. Satisfied with the audio and performance but I believe the case and plastic quality could have been better, specifically when competitors have have it

The battery of the earbuds is really awesome. it can last long in 3- 1 week by how we use in one charge, this is my first ear buds its kinds especial to me, bluetooth connectivity is good with in a second the bluetooth turns on it connects automatically. The music quality is nice but we use continuously for 2 hours, we can feel the differnce take breaks for short time to use it again. Softness of the buds good. design of the earbuds i recommend them to improve the device since when i accidently fall on the ground it become scarches even top of the head broken. over all is the good product but still need a improvement

I have purchase this product in March 2025 and today is 13th May 2025 . I am very much disappointed using this product as one of bud is not charging. Stopped working. It does not work good in calling. Only as earphone may be used but during call the receivers not able to hear the sound. If there is a return policy I would like to return the product.

Mine came broken the headphones would charge even when the case was 100% and they wouldn’t connect to my phone only my MacBook. They came on 10% battery so I could use them for a few minutes before I discovered they wouldn’t charge.
