Liked so much, we got two so they can interact

I gave the VTech KidiZoom Snap Touch to my 9-year-old as her first personal device without internet access, and it has worked well for that purpose. The 5MP camera takes decent photos and selfies, the MP3 player is a nice bonus, and the simple games keep things engaging. The touchscreen is responsive for a kids' product, and the overall look and feel are very smartphone-like, which makes children feel like they’re using a real phone. One thing to note: the chat function works only between the same models via Bluetooth, so if you were hoping for broader chat options, this won’t be ideal. Also, kids previously exposed to actual smartphones with app stores like iTunes or Google Play may find this less engaging over time. If you're looking for a device to help children learn responsible usage before eventually introducing a smartphone, this is a solid choice. However, for kids accustomed to more advanced gadgets, it may not hold their attention for long.

Bought this for my daughter - loves it. Good quality but think it’s a little expensive. But good functionality, sound quality and easy to use. Daughter loves it - that’s the main thing

This was a gift for Christmas and my six year old loves it. He spends hours playing the games, making videos, doing photo journal entries, making funny ‘puppets’ and listening to music with his headphones (not included). It’s really easy to upload music and to save your child’s photos to computer using an SD card (also not included). If you want a tablet-like experience and functionality then this probably isn’t going to do it for you but if, like me, you want something fun, not connected to the internet and that makes your child feel grown-up, then this is really great for that purpose.

Item gifted at christmas, come 22nd February the camera has stopped working out of nowhere and crashes when you try to open it despite nothing happening to it so the only thing my daughter can use it for after 8 weeks is the games. We mainly got it for the camera/video feature as she likes making little videos. Up until that point it was great but very disappointed that its only lasted 2 months for the price of the phone. Her brother is getting the same phone next week for his birthday but i'm tempted to send it back

See video review by my daughter. My 9 year old is desperate for a mobile phone, but we won't let her have one until she's at least 11 years! This is the perfect compromise. It's a camera that looks like a phone. I couldn't find any information on what is actually on the device, so I've taken photos of each screen, so other people can know exactly what they're getting for their money. I got two (one for my 9 year old and one for my 7 year old). They are now able to use the chat function to securely message eachother. So in their minds...they have a phone! They have proved to be very popular in our house.

Ordered from Amazon at the end of October for Xmas. Also ordered the blue one for grandson. The blue has a charger but the pink one doesn't. The blue ones charger doesn't work for the pink one. Didn't find this out until Christmas Day. Called the company who told me to ring Amazon. I did this they told me as I ordered on October then I couldn't return and they can't send out a charger. But they would refund £11. Not happy to say the least. They then said I could return for a full refund. I have now left it for my daughter to see if they are able to source a charger that will fit. I think better description needed to explain this before anyone else orders.

Leider enttäuschung an Weihnachten da es nur in englisch od. Französisch geht und damit nicht kompatibel mit den anderen Geräten ist.leider war mir das nicht klar

Il est costaud et super sympa d'utilisation. J'en avais pris un pour mon grand. Au final on en a repris 2 autres pour le reste de la troupe !

Schade dass das Paket so ankam!es ist ein Nikolausgeschenk für unsere Tochter!ich hoffe dass der Kidizoom trotzdem funktionniert,ansonsten geht‘s zurück!
