Do not buy
DO NOT BUY keeps running will not stop water running. I Had a master plumber install urinal to make sure it was done right and he did an awesome job. Only problem is the zurn flush valve. We called customer service and were told to take it apart and make sure spring is not stuck to piston. Something “common to this model when new” is what we were told. We did but still not working... they sent us what they called a step by step on how to remove piston and spring... it was just a copy of the manual that came with the valve 😡 looks beautiful but just an expensive paper weight. Returning it and buying a different one... maybe American. Update: finally talked to someone in customer service that knew what she was talking about. She walked me through clearing a small hole that carries water up the thing to do the thing... long story short it WORKED!!!!! It was a small hole the size of a pin hole that was causing all the issues... once cleared it worked like a charm and has been working great ever since... changing my 1 star to 4 because even though it works great now it shouldn’t have been that hard to fix... both unites I ordered had them same issue which is insane!!!!!

Don't buy it
Do not buy this model. Had other models work fine but this one the water runs continuously. I bought another one thinking it happens but even the second has the same defect.
