my elderly 3 legged dog had an eyelid tumor that was gross and growing. One of my other dogs had one and we had to have the vet cut it out so meant expensive painful surgery. I just didn't want to put my poor pooch through anything else, she has enough to deal with. I tried everything I could think of and then I was watching veterinary secrets on you tube and he mentisoned ecgc for them. I gave her one a day (she's about 60 lbs.) and withing 2-3 weeks it was completely gone!!! She also had one starting in the corner of her good eye and that faded away also. I do notice if she goes more than a few days her eye will start getting reddish and irritated so now about every 3-4 daays I give her one just to keep it up in her system. I don't know if this is caused by a virus or a stopped up eye lash duct. All I know is it was black and gross and coming out under her eyelid and growing, constantly irritating her eye making it red and irritated and this took it away without surgery.

This brand produces really high quality and affordable products. The pills smell like green tea (great sign!) with no taste/aftertaste. I keep mine in the fridge so it lasts longer. I have no side effects and I love the clean ingredients. Just take 1 cap in the morning consistently for results! Great endothelial protection.

I read a study that women who took 800mg of EGCg a day diminished the growth of fibroids. Although I don’t have medical proof that this is what happened, I believe taking this for the last 3 months has helped to heal my uterus. This month’s cycle was not nearly as heavy or painful. I wasn’t as bloated and I had very few clots. It As someone who has struggled with heavy periods and ovarian cysts and fibroids, other than birth control pills, this is the only supplement I have found that seems to work on alleviating horrible periods. I plan to continue taking this daily. As a side note: If you do try this for fibroids or menstrual issues, please keep in mind that it took me 3 months to experience relief, so it’s not an immediate fix and it did get slightly worse before it got better.

I took this when I had a significant medical issue although my doctor semi-recommended against it, I monitored intake of anything that contained sugar (excluding anything with a high glycemic index), took 1 baby aspirin/day as often as I felt comfortable with doing so, ate some foods that had blood thinning qualities like cabbage, light amounts vitamin D3, kept my caloric input steady throughout the day and tried to have a very very *slow* weight loss through the several weeks of treatment which occurred every weekday for several weeks. I also exercise before and after eating to ensure the lowest peak blood sugar level. That was two years ago and I am still free of my (male only) disease. On a significant negative side, the whites of my eyes began turning yellow one day - which I interpreted as liver stress/failure. Since I was taking this along with mild doses of aspirin and eating cabbage, garlic extract, Resveratrol, vitamin C, vitamin D3, very small mounts of vitamin B complex, iron.... After dropping all of these "drugs" for a couple of days, I returned to taking them but I cut out taking the Resveratrol/aspirin/ EGCg on the same day and alternated. Although I have no evidence/proof that what I did made me free of the disease, and there appeared to be some potential/real toxicity/risk to taking a variety of these "drugs", I am glad I did. I stopped smoking and my food cravings went crazy. Like crazy pregnancy cravings. I then realized no matter how much I exercised, I couldn’t lose weight. My metabolism is completely different now. I gain weight in different areas. Usually I can control the cravings, but some days it’s hard. So I decided to try the EGCg. I will say that I had a lot of energy. Not the jittery type that makes you feel sick. However, I make sure to eat with the medication. Some do empty stomach, but I’d rather not risk it. Appetite suppressant: I don’t even notice I’m hungry until my stomach is so empty I can’t ignore it. The only thing you have to watch out for is that about 6-8 hours later, you might start getting super hungry. So don’t NOT eat, just eat very healthy things. If you’re prone to insomnia, please take this EARLY morning. Even though it wears off about 6 hours after I take it, it will affect my sleep if I take it late morning/early afternoon. Update: it’s been causing intense anxiety and/or anger at the end of my day. I’m extremely sensitive to anything that might poke around my dopamine levels and it seems this does. I didn’t know what was going on, but when I didn’t take it the following day, I could feel a huge difference in mood.

はっきり言えますが、自分はこれを加えてから、確実に減量にスピードが増していってる。 ミオスタチンを阻害してるのかは分からないですが、妙に筋肉が張ります。 あと体臭が減った気がして、発汗時に香る制汗剤の香りがクリアになってます。 自分は体感めちゃくちゃあります。 ちなみにAmazonの方がi◯erbより安いです。

I would not recommend taking Green Tea Extract ever to anyone. I took just one tab in the morning and worked out in the morning for a week. Whenever I took GTE, that night I would be half asleep and half awake. I've read reviews where people found GTE beneficial. May be the effect varies and is not suitable for everyone.
