The sound quality on these is amazing! Battery lasts a few days and it connects really quickly. It is expensive but the quality of sound makes up for it. They are an ok size but they fall out of my ears so I use running plugs

I have owned other top of the range ear phones from other top brands, but these are the best by a long way in terms of sound quality. The noise cancelling is on par with other well performing ear buds. They come with a selection of different size rubber bits to fit individual ears. I use mine everywhere, including in the gym so they stay in. The only drawback is the battery life is slightly shorter than other brands, but if you bring the charging case out with you then you have enough charge for a long journey. In terms of sound quality though the Beoplay EXs are simply in a class of their own. Which is actually a problem as after years of use the battery will eventually not hold a charge and you will have to replace them but you will never be able to choose different earbuds and these are not cheap! But you get what you pay for and if you want the best, these are it.

Worst noise cancelling I’ve had on £50+ buds. Controls on the buds are fiddly, even compared to cheap ones. That said, call me old-fashioned but I bought these for listening to music, not cancelling noise or fiddling with. In that respect, these buds are amazing. The sound quality is far better than I have heard from earbuds before.

This is my 3rd set of Ex headsets from this brand. My experience? I keep having issues connecting the product to Bluetooth. (unlike other products). I have called customer services. The first time, I was on the phone for nearly two hours! They tried to help, and they resolved the issue partially. They wanted me to contact their technical department, who could help me further. But I didn't have time for another 2-hour call. So I gave up since the product worked somehow. Now, the problem has returned. So, I have purchased another set, hoping I will be lucky this time. I was wrong! The same problem, but nobody from the customer department was available this time! I was the first one in the queue, waiting for 10 minutes, and the call died. I called the second time, and it was the same experience. It's a big shame. It's a really nice product with high-quality sound, to make it work - it is a nightmare...

The tips that come as standard are useless and too small you need to find larger ones to get that seal right. I have small ears but use large tips. I am guessing the bad reviews come from people who do not get this correct. Once the seal is sorted the sound is cinematic you FEEL the music I got a few goosebumps and with plenty of bass and that's before you experiment with the app which is very sophisticated with hundreds of combinations, you use a virtual circle dial to emphasise bass, treble, warmth, energy you could play all day and get different effects. I have earbuds from campfire, shure, westone and Final, these are the best up to now. They are comfortable and look stylish. You can activate the wind guard to ON permanently. I never used the ANC I have no need for it.

Sound quality good but transparency and anc are really poor .i paid £175 for it and honestly I wouldn’t pay more it’s not worth it

Sound and bass is really good as you would expect from the price. Comfortable to wear. Issues- it doesn't charge to 100% most of the time. Doesn't connect, then I have to put in the case and connect again. Music cuts out especially when I first connect it for a few minutes. The app is really basic and not much on it. I've replaced them twice at this point, probably isn't any point doing it again. I don't recommend because of the issues I've mentioned and price.

These are perfect, aesthetically pleasing and great sound quality.

Qualité du son excellente, le port est agréable on les oublie. Par contre le câble de raccordement secteur est très court et un peu archaïque, ancien système, j ai trouvé cela un peu bizarre.

In a nutshell, Sony WF-1000XM4 asking for less than half the price is 3000 times better than it! 1. Mediocre ANC. 2. Earplug silicon always failed to secure a seal. 3. Fitting is not secure 4. Only comes with one single size of Comply 5. Buggy app keeping on re-enable ANC when switching between different devices 6. The app always fail to report battery level of the charger case 7. Audio is on the bright side without warmth 8. AptX-Adaptive support is locked at 24 bit / 48KHz, which is unfortunate breaks the bit perfect principle of 44.1KHz CD quality source. SRC has to be engaged and I can hear the artifacts of it. This device is definitely not designed by true audio experts who knows the fundamentals of digital audio!

地下鉄に乗りながら、クラシックやジャズを気持ち良く聴きたい、という目的のため、ノイキャン機能が自分に合うものを探しています。 BOSE のQC20からQuietComfort Earbugsに乗り換えたものの耳に合わず、サードパーティのパッドに替えても、装着して30分もすると耳穴が物理的に痛くなります。 次代のモデルとしてこちらを購入しました。 使う場所→地下鉄や電車などの乗物の中 親機→iPhone 【良い所】 ・音質は素晴らしい。オーケストレイションされた音楽でも、一つ一つの楽器の音を捉えることができた。 ・操作が統一されていて、タッチの感度もよく、戸惑うことは無かった。 【残念な点】 ・Bluetooth機能が弱い。初期不良なのか、何も操作せずともぶちぶちとよく切れた。 ・ノイズキャンセリングがとにかく効かない。地下鉄内では、音楽が全て走行音で潰された。 ・店で試聴した時は、店内の音が自然に消えていったが、商業施設の通路でモードを切り替えても、NCのあり／なしの区別が付かない程だった。 【総評】 比較的に静かなオフィスで使うには、いいモデルだと思います。自分の使用目的のように、ガシガシと音を調整する使い方には合わないと感じました。 本体もケースのデザインもカッコいいし、B&Oというブランドも好きなのに、残念でした。

No lie, these earphones sound so good, literally amazing sound. They are expensive but in my opinion if you love listening to music a lot, they are definitely worth it. Look great too. I listen to all types of music from rap hiphop to pop and ballads, the bass, highs, lows, everything on these sound freakin amazing Edit: Previously rated 5/5 now 3/5. My stance on the sound remains the same, however the batteries on mine appear to be failing, particularly on the right earphone which does in 1-2 hours of use while the left one can go double. Pretty annoying. Can't even use warranty as my country isn't based in the warranty region.
