could be more granulated imo
in trying to find a sugar free substitute, everyone has an opinion it seems. i picked this as it seems to be the only one that markets itself as granulated which appeals to me for cooking purposes, and that you use the same amount you would use in place of sugar for recipes. for me, i initially could sense a slight after taste but it really only seemed noticeable in the beginning. my taste buds must have gotten used to it fast i guess lol. i have only used this for cooking - cooking for me is making a cucumber salad, red beet eggs and oatmeal raisin cookies. i haven't used it for anything else yet. i'm the only one who eats the cucumber salad and red beet eggs. i made the oatmeal raisin cookies using almond flour (i'm diabetic) so i was a little surprised to find out my son and husband had actually tried them. i asked them if they had an after taste, if the cookies tasted weird, etc and both of them said they tasted like regular cookies and had eaten several cookies after that. so the sugar passes the picky person test. my only complaint is i wish the texture was more granulated. that's all.

Better than most most artificial sweetners
Better than most artificial sweeteners, but still kind of bitter.
