Is this weight bench sturdy? I’m 250 lbs.

This bench is VERY sturdy. I am 220# and bench over 200#. The width at the shoulder area makes a very stable, secure & comfortable rest for shoulders. Con: only rated at 550#. If you bench 330+ there are other options

Can you do declined situps with this bench?

Yes, i am 6'1'' 210lbs and i can use the weight bench to decline sit up.
