It was useful for my college course but it was also great to learn about how i can get the best nutrition from food

I just received my book I ordered in less than one week. The book was in almost perfect condition, just like promised. The cost was very low, one of the lowest prices for a used book, in spite of it's almost new condition. I'm pretty sure this book has not used before. Thanks for the great service!

This book is a good in-depth, involved study of nutrition, from a very scientific stand point. With that said, it's a little dry, and might put you to sleep, but if you continue reading it, even if you have to reread and reread it, you'll really grow in your knowlege of nutrition and how your body responds to what is put into it.

This was the best decision I ever made financially.... I HIGHLY recommend this way of purchasing school books. Especially if you are on a budget. The books I purchased were in nearly new condition. I may even be able to resell them.

This book was required for my nutrition class, but I know I'll be using it for q while. It has a ton of very useful information for anyone who'd like to live more healthfully!

Just like the new edition. It will save you money to buy this! The only difference is the MyPlate has replaced the Food Pyramid. But that is easy to look up.

This book was very cheap and I thought I was maybe getting the wrong one or getting ripped off, but everything turned out great! It was good as new and also came on time!

the books has not all the chapters. I never expect this situation. I am not happy because of that condition
