2-Packs Rubber Combat Butt Pad Snap-On Recoil Pad for 6-Position Adjustable Stocks

I picked up these pads because the butt stock on my rifle was a bit uncomfortable and had some sharp edges that made extended shooting less enjoyable. This pad turned out to be an excellent temporary solution. The fit was snug — it took a little effort to get it on, but that tight fit is actually a plus. Once installed, it doesn’t shift or slide when shouldered, which is exactly what you want for consistent positioning and control. The added padding is noticeably softer and makes a real difference in comfort, especially during longer sessions. I also appreciate the value, since it comes as a pair. I plan on giving the second one to a buddy so he can upgrade his setup as well. Overall, this is a simple, effective upgrade that holds me over nicely until I replace the butt stock entirely.

Works fine on my AR 15 which came with the usual basic entry level stock. Easy to slip on, reduces recoil, durable so far. Much cheaper than upgrading the entire stock.

A great affordable alternative to the competition! Works just as good and I'm very happy with them. I own a couple of the more expensive competitions recoil pads, and these are just as good IMO. They work best if your rifle butt-stock has a recessed edge for the lip to rest behind and secure them in place. They fit great as designed on skeleton type and collapsible rifle stocks such the AR style rifles. You could trim the big center tabs somewhat if needed IMHO if your butt stock isn't skeletonized. Just be sure your butt stock has a minimum 1/8" recessed edge all the way around the front facing side (backside) for these to stay in place. Enjoy!

I ordered these pad for my AR15 and AR Style .22, but mainly for the AR. These pads came on time but unfortunately there were 2 different pad style/type/quality in the package. Seller send 1 pad just as described on the site which has good recoil dampening feature and perfect fit for the AR. The second pad however, was a Pachmayr pad, while branded, it was a harder less flexible one. So I ended up returning it and getting a different pad. Still would give it 3-star for the product minus the miss on the second pad and experience. Would have given 4/5-star if both pads were the same as its great value and functionality. DMAN
