Has anyone paired this with a samsung s21 phone? it just won't connect with mine. but it has paired perfectly with my zenbook laptop.

Working with my Iphone 14 pro used with Samsung S23 Ultra too. Dont know about S21 why not connected.

When charging, the red light comes and goes off right away. It's been charging for 4 hours and no blue light ? How will I know when fully charged?

I'm no expert, but how old is the device? When charging the red light comes on, within 30/60 mins it should be fully charged. Then the blue light comes on. It sounds like you may have a faulty charging point, on the device.

The red charging light and blue full charge lights not coming. But the manual says that these lights indicate charging and fully charged.

Not sure, the manual is correct regarding the lights.

Will the answer call function work when receiving a Teams or Skype call on a laptop, or only for phone calls on a mobile?

I don’t know the answer to that , but this hands free ear piece is excellent I’ve purchased two in the past and they are extremely good
