I like this fat burner a lot. I started taking it about a month ago. I lowered my calories intake to between 1000 and 1500 depending on the day. I went from 194 lbs to 186 lbs. Not to bad considering I haven't done any exercise, except regular walking around my house and to the store. I only take it once a day at dinner or right after. I have taken it up to twice a day a couple times depending on what I'm eating. I have tried three flavors: Fruit Punch, Snow Cone and Rainbow Ice. I would not recommend the Fruit Punch, it is way to sweet and sort of made me feel sick. My son has also been taking this and he say's he can tolerate it but it's not his favorite either. We both agree the Snow Cone is the best and if you add more water it's not so sweet. I just got the Rainbow Ice. Honestly I can hardly tell the difference between the Snow Cone and the Rainbow Ice. Both taste the same and are equally good. The Rainbow Ice was like $18 dollars and the Snow Cone was $26. For the price difference I'd pick Rainbow Ice. They are almost the same, just saying. Next I will try Watermelon since the guy at GNC said it was the best in his opinion. I will review it, after try it. So in my overall opinion this product does not give you much added energy or anything like that. It taste ok and I do believe it is helping me with my weight loss. You still need to diet and with exercise who knows probably even better results.

I truly enjoyed this product and the taste was amazing. I could definitely feel the difference when I was working out. It did give me the extra strength that I needed. It dissolves fast too. I would like to purchase this product again.

I’ve lost over 20 lbs in 8 weeks by following keto guidelines regarding carb intake (not following the high fat guidelines as strictly). It’s important to stay hydrated while reducing carb intake so drastically, to help avoid constipation. I’ve been adding this to my water in the morning and in the evening to help me get to my water intake goals. The flavor is great (Rainbow Ice), though a bit on the sweet side, if you’re sensitive to that. However, in my case, for someone who has a sweet tooth that has given up most other sweet treats, this definitely keeps me chugging my water. I like it so much I’ve put it on subscription. Curious to try the other flavors. Can’t say for sure if this has actually contributed to my weight loss, since I’m sure the majority, if not all, of my weight lost is attibuted to low-carb and being in a consistent calorie deficit. I’d definitely recommend this.

Haven't noticed a difference yet and it is overly sweet. I get a little bit of energy with this which is nice.

Really like this supplement. Great to add water into my day while feeling good. Wish they would watch natural flavors and sugar/sucralose, but over all nice product!

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. Saw a few reviews that made me unsure. It's not meant to be a fancy phenomenal treat, it's just an decent additive to water to break up the norm of straight water and to help cut weight. I have taken carnitine for years and think that it does help. I appreciate that they have the added betaine, but I'd love to see this with citrulline too. Seems like the perfect combo to me. Not even really a complaint, just a suggestion. Good stuff for the price for sure!

The bomb pop flavor has a slight arificial taste. The watermelon is much better. Works the same though. Great for a preworkout boost. This product is my favorite!
