No, not that I have noticed at all. But I did begin intermittent fasting, which caused me to lose weight over a period of six months, faster than my liver can process the fat that I was losing, resulting in higher lipid levels, and it did reduce my lipid levels so my liver is much happier!

Do these help tk have regular daily bowel movements?

Not that I’ve noticed. They help support the liver & gallbladder.
