It is suitable for all skin types. Please keep in mind it has gentle exfoliating effects from papaya and pineapple enzymes, so those with very sensitive skin should test a patch of skin first.

can you store shake and wake in the shower or will the shower moisture ruin it?

As long as the cap is closed you are ok to leave it in the shower. I have never had a problem.
