Are the suction cups better on this replacement mat

I have bought several of these. If you are not extremely careful, the dang suction cups come off and water shoots everywhere.

Where can you purhase the replaxement sticky disc with hole in the center

The manufacturer has replacement parts. However, I feel they overcharge for the replacement parts.

The hose should come with the mat.
