CzSalus Flat knit Lipedema, Lymphedema support slimming compression leggins (Kl1 18-21 mmHg)

Soft, thick but light, feels durable AND offers compression. These are by far my favorite pair. Long enough to go over the foot, but I don't have foot involvement, and I was able to pull the excess around the ankle without cutting off circulation. But comfortable on feet too - the knit pattern is flat for under the foot. They go over the stomach to just under my bra. I place my sports bra over the top of the band, and they stay in place without rolling down. Makes a bodysuit! I washing-machine-died the tan color and tan arm compression to a wine color. They are a bit tight going on (they're compression after all!), But not nearly as difficult as other brands (I didn't have to turn inside out). I do need to pull them up throughout the day. They like to bunch behind the knee. Instead of getting lymph massage leggings and a separate wrap for compression as with a different company, why not get both in one?!

This company is my lifesaver and I own every single product that I can get my hands on. They are incredibly easy to talk to in contact and very helpful. I have never been able to find a pair of compression leggings whether it is Recovery at 8MMHG for POTS at 18 MMHG or compression for joint pain and edema at 30 MMHG. The fit is perfect. They’re incredibly comfortable. They have this amazing weave that gives you micro capillary massage and helps with lymphatic drainage. They pass the spot test and although compression leggings are traditionally required for expected to last for two months and you should have three pairs in rotation at all times I can usually get these to go for six months And I wear the daylights out of them. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a real compression legging that is so flattering that you can wear them as leggings out to dinner and in public as well as the gym and anywhere else that you’ve can think of they are Italian designer quality With incredible functionality

So far, so good. I'm 5"7, 120 lbs (size 6 usually) and I bought the Med. I wasn't positive which size to get but these are good fit. Any smaller they might be TOO small, I have ordered other compression hose and what typically happens is they are too short. But I see there is a question answered here from someone who is forty lbs heavier than me and several inches taller who also bought the medium!!! That tells me they have a lot of leeway and it really depends on how much you want to struggle to get in, and how much tightness you want. Perhaps mine are not as tight on me as someone else. They feel good, they are compressing but not restrictive to the point my belly/breathing is uncomfortable sitting. I would say I wasn't inclined to eat as much because they do come up high on my waist! The parts that I'm getting used to - or may not like as much - are the band in the middle of the foot. I like that my toes are out and not claustrophic feeling, but it was extremely noticeable to me at first where they ended in the middle of the foot. Better as time went on. They do fit under my jeans. They do make me look sizes smaller. They only have a minimal thigh to backside distinction... you know, that mushroom pooch...I hate it when compression abruptly stops at top of the legs. That is never a good look, and that is not the case here. They are compressive the whole way up. They are nice and thick, easily mistaken for normal leggings. So far the main drawback is the feeling behind my knees. Too binding. Is this just all compression hose ever? They do not come with donning gloves but I have some, and that helped me put them on. You can also use kitchen gloves, the kind made for washing dishes. Heck, I use kitchen gloves to adjust plain old panty hose. It makes such a difference! I will try to adjust these compression hose again to help them be more comfortable behind my knees. I think they are just a little TOO long and the extra fabric is sitting behind my knees. I hope this review helps someone - I think these are worth the buy!! I have yet to wash and dry them however. I have high hopes. They are quality material IMHO.

I am ordering a larger size as they seem to run smaller than other ones. I like them because they go over the foot. They are very Nice looking. I did order the nude color but the black ones are easier to wear without other pants.. Nude made me self conscious . But that's just me. Very nice product tho.

These were far too big on my ankle, which is where I need specific compression and then way too small on my thighs, even though I fit the waist and hip require requirement

I just got these in the mail today and HAD to try them on ASAP. I opened the packing and thought there's no way I could fit into them. I'm 5'9" and 205 pounds. I also have lipedema and lymphedema from my waist down with a disproportionately large thigh area. I purchased a large size and they fit perfectly. It took quite a bit of effort to get them on being compression and all, but plenty of stretch room once everything was in place. It wasn't constricting at all. The top went up to my bra and smoothed everything out really well. It was 100 degrees out today so I only tried them on to check the fit. They're extremely comfortable! The quality appears to be quite fantastic. They're thick and well made but see thru when stretched out. I'll have to give an update with any wear and tear from consistent usage.

I bought this and had trouble putting it on, then was ill for a couple months, so I let it sit until recently. When I put it on for the first time, a month ago, there were two defects in the right leg. I have contacted the seller through Amazon, not pushing it because Italy has been hard-hit by COVID-19, but they never responded. It appears that the return window is about 30 days from order placement, which could mean about the time you get it, with the current customs delays. I started wearing them anyway, and the hole shown in the photo has gotten larger. The fuzzy threads in the second defect have not really changed. I will be trying another brand where I feel I will get a response from customer service if there is a defect. Overall, they are a good product, the best ones I have right now. I love that I don't have to wear separate compression socks, and that they are open toe. The top band is tight, even though I'm well within the waist measurements. It also sags in the back, causing rib pain if I don't pin it to my bra. I wear them also in one size smaller: the waist isn't tighter, but they are shorter and I can't pin them to my bra. I guess that as long as they are not going to take them back, I may as well mend and alter them to my liking.

They do work as compression leggings, but I've had much cheaper and lighter leggings that are just as effective. They were nothing special and I was expecting them to be far superior to the cheaper options out there.

Just found out I have Lipedema and was advised to try some compression leggings. Never heard of such a thing so did some digging got some info and pick this brand. So I go looking at the size chart, spent some careful time choosing a size and by the end of it nearly blew my last brain cell cause I couldn’t for the life of me figure out which one. Asked AI to help figure it out and it said to go by height and weight. So I did and AI told me the size I would need. I found out I am XXLs. Leggings came and fit perfectly!! My height is 5 feet 6” and my weight is 210. Hope this helps someone who is having difficulties with the sizing. Also, the leggings are darn comfortable and very well made. No problems with the order or seller. Very happy with purchase. Have decided this is the only company I will be purchasing my leggings from now on. Da molto tempo mi sto informando su indumenti che possono dare sollievo per questo tipo di patologia e mi sono imbattuta in questi. Appena li ho visti mi sono un po' spaventata (sembrano piccoli) ma poi ho letto sulle istruzioni di non preoccuparsi, perche se hai seguito la tabella delle taglie l'indumento è corretto. Devo dire che ci vuole un po' di pazienza ad indossarli ed abituarsi alla sensazione, ma già a metà mattina posso dire che danno molto beneficio, una sensazione di sollievo. Ho anche fatto lavori domestici (mi sono inginocchiata, salita sulla scala) e non ho avuto nessun impedimento nei movimenti. Sulle istituzioni c'è scritto che la compressione è garantita per 3-6 mesi, poi ovviamente con l'uso e i lavaggi perderà effetto

Muy cómodos, se bajan un poco con el movimiento, pero solo molesta en la rodilla. Menos, en comparación con las medias de compresión.
