Could the corners be rounded off so it will fit in a countertop convection oven?

I don't see why you couldn't. You just would have no place to grip it when taking it from the oven. You would probably want to put it on a sheet pan.

Is this mold made of 100% silicone?

Yes. And I put it in the dishwasher and it worked great.

Can you make burgers in this in the air fryer?

I don't think so I just use mine to make hamburger buns. When you get used to the fact that is silicone and not metal it seems to work fine.
