Magnesium Oil Spray, Zechstein Chloride, 4oz

This magnesium oil spray has become part of my nightly routine and has noticeably helped with sleep quality and relaxation. I personally use it before bed by spraying it on the bottom of my feet, and I find that I fall asleep more easily and sleep more deeply. “Normal to experience a tingling sensation upon initial use.” How about an actual BLAZING INFERNO on my body?? When I first started using this product, I could only tolerate 1-2 sprays, and then I would literally rock myself in tears for 15 minutes until I could wipe it off. I heard that the more magnesium deficient you are, the more this stuff burns when you first start using it. I’ve had pretty significant health issues for a decade + and oral magnesium does nothing for me. But I was never prepared for just HOW bad it would burn, like a literal fire. I was able to gradually work my way up to 8-10 sprays after a few months, and now almost 9 months later and the entire bottle used, I don’t experience any tingling or pain at all. I am sleeping deeper and definitely feel the effects of finally having enough magnesium in my body. We don’t get enough in our modern diet because of depleted soil and foods. **Tips for usage: DO NOT use on your legs after shaving, no matter how much you get used to the product. It will always burn like heck on freshly shaved skin. The stomach is the best area I’ve found. This product is naturally sticky/powdery feeling after application and might absorb into clothing, so be aware. I usually wear an old t-shirt to bed and use it just before I sleep, but you can also wipe it off after 15 minutes of absorption. Overall, give it time if it burns for you. It will get better. The more deficient you are the more you’ll feel the fire. But this is the best absorbing magnesium I’ve ever found and used!

I like this product a lot. I think it is kind of expensive though. I don't like the way it makes my hands feel after I rub it on my body and I have to immediately wash it from my hands because they feel so icky. I does make me itch a little, however, the more I've used it, the less itching I get. I have put it on my hip when I've had pain and the pain goes away in a few SECONDS, it is pretty amazing. I don't think I get a whole lot of energy from it though, but I do think I get a little from it and I do think that it is a little calming. I also take the Calm magnesium supplement, but it causes my stools to be too loose if I take a lot (which makes me afraid to pass gas w/o being on the toilet - to much info. right). I take a high dosage because I feel that it does help some w/ stress and does give me some energy - and some days that is more valuable to me than being concerned about going to the bathroom just to pass gas. LOL. The magnesium oil doesn't see to give me any bathroom issues though. However, it also doesn't seem to make me feel less stressed and more energized than taking the Calm magnesium by mouth. I may try both together to see what effect that has. I really need some energy. If anyone knows of something that gives great energy and helps w/ brain fog and stress, please let me know (I already take high dosages of B-12, B-6, and Iodine, but they don't give me the energy I want and need - I have a very stressful job). The $1 energy drinks do give me a pretty good bit of energy for several hours - I can do house work for several hours at a time on the weekends w/o taking a break. However, I don't really like taking them - I don't feel they are healthy. When I do drink them, I don't drink more than 1 a day.

this really works for the pain on your joints, very pleased with this. it leaves oily residue but not bad.

It was effective in helping with constipation. Both my daughter and husband said it burned when applied for about 20 minutes. The bottle says it tingles. They report it did more than that. When I applied it and there was a scrape on my skin without me it really really really burned. It was uncomfortable enough for them that they don’t want to use it anymore.

I've used this product a couple of times now, and I'm very happy with the results. It does a great job of preventing sweating and keeps me feeling dry and comfortable throughout the day. It's easy to apply, works as advertised, and has quickly become part of my routine. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an effective solution for excessive sweating.

I use the spray on my knees and sometimes lower back. It's not greasy at all. I also spray them on the bottoms of my feet. Has no fragrance and so far, it does work. Not terribly noticeable but I think it eases the pain. I also have a lotion but the spray is very convenient, it's easy to push the spray.

Amazing, real worth of money, left biseps painful got relieved almost 90% within a month. Spend big sum to physio and drugs. Surprise to see no Doctors recommend this product fornpain relief. But in reality it is the best pain relief than anything available at OTC.

Da ich das Magnesium Öl lang genug ausprobiert kann ! Kann ich nur sagen Top Qualität ! Sehr empfehlenswert. ist ölig beim ein schmieren. Fängt ein bißchen zu brennen an nach 1 Stunde aber da kann man oder soll man es eh runtergwaschen Dadurch merkt man das es sehr konzentriert ist. Kaufe ich jederzeit wieder. Lg. Lieschen

This has totally changed my life...I suffer with sciatica & other nerve pain. I struggled to walk at a general average speed. Just two days of applying this to the areas of my body which was in pain, I could walk at an average speed & even run for the bus (short distance). My mood has lifted & I'm feeling a bit more comfortable within my body & able to sleep better for longer as no pain to keep me awake or wake me up. I have discovered that you can make your own batch up at home, which I have now started to do which is just as effective, but alot cheaper. It's amazing how a bit of magnesium cam have such a life changing effect. This product does what magnesium oil is supposed to do. The stinging, and itching is a good sign. It means there is a good amount of magnesium in the product. To anyone complaining about the texture, suck it up, this stuff is good for you, sure it feels odd, but its tolerable, and worth the benefits. To anyone who says it didn't help you sleep, you are not using enough. The first time I used this, I applied 3 sprays (in each spot) to my underarms, my chest, abs, and thighs. I laid down during the day, and I passed the F out. I slept for at least an hour, and when I woke up I felt like I was drugged. My body needed it. It was only that intense the first time I used it. I use it every night before bed, I usually feel more relaxed, and sleepy after using it.
