Buy the case to hear that bass!
I needed a protective case for my 7th generation iPod. It took about 10 minutes to install. It works great. Originally, I had concerns about accessing the 1/8 stereo port, but it works nicely. I bought the bright neon green so I can find it in the dark. Great name and great products! 5 stars!

Worth the money!!
This works great! Has a softer rubber case surrounding a harder case and the stand on the back to prop it up. For the piddly amount of money I paid for this obsolete product it was certainly a steal.

Very happy with this product. Easy assembly, and protects my device satisfactorily. Color is great, easy to see in low light conditions. Wish it had a built in screen protector, but still very happy.

Imitation of an Otterbox Defender-may be OK for light use.
This case is an imitation or knockoff of an Otterbox Defender case. It has the rigid cage adjacent to the iPod, and the rubbery bumper surrounding that. 2 knocks: The rubber-like material is somewhat slippery to the touch, partially negating the point of the rubber like material which is to make the slippery Apple device more secure in the hand. The hard plastic frame feels weaker and wimpier than the frame from my Otterbox Defender on my iPhone-maybe the iPod cases are all thinner and weaker? I may buy the Defender and toss this one in the near future.
